We woke up one morning with a song stuck in our head. A classic tune about feeling good, sharing the love, and doing things your own way. Why not share this philosophy with the world through food - awesome southwestern fare, with special appreciation for the form and function of a tortilla.

We experimented with fresh ingredients and created appropriate, and somewhat quirky, names for each creation based on the things we love or that make us laugh. We opened a restaurant and made it known loud and clear, no matter how many times a day, everyone who came through the door would feel welcome. And this vision spread.
